Leaders Must Edit

When people write together, documents tend to grow. Everyone adds. No one cuts.

The fix isn’t better wording. It’s leadership. One person needs the authority to decide what stays and what goes.

Tip: Before writing collaboratively, establish a leader and give them permission to cut. Otherwise, good ideas pile up and clarity disappears.
